Nickelodeon Image Spot

Nickelodeon provided us with footage of talent that they shot on a stage along with animation footage from multiple movies and shows. This was a massive team effort and one of my jobs was compositing several animated characters into the sets. The client asked to pull back on multiple shots which then required virtual set extensions. In some cases, I was able to paint in the rest of the set. Some were just to complicated for matte painting. There were moments when abstract animations were being projected on the sets and I had to recreate it in CG. Other shots had talent on a green screen which then needed the virtual set as well. All CG was done in Maya and compositing and matte painting was done in After Effects.
